Indicators Used
Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs): 9 EMA and 21 EMA
Relative Strength Index (RSI): 14-period, with levels set at 70 (overbought) and 30 (oversold)
Buy (Long) Setup
EMA Crossover: The 9 EMA crosses above the 21 EMA, indicating a bullish trend.
RSI Confirmation: RSI is below 30 or rising from the oversold level.
Sell (Short) Setup
EMA Crossover: The 9 EMA crosses below the 21 EMA, indicating a bearish trend.
RSI Confirmation: RSI is above 70 or falling from the overbought level.
Take Profit
Set a predefined take profit level, typically between 5 to 10 pips, depending on market volatility and the instrument being traded.
Stop Loss
Place a stop loss at the recent swing high (for short trades) or, swing low (for long trades) or a fixed pip amount, usually between 5 to 10 pips.
Trailing Stop
Consider using a trailing stop loss to lock in profits as the trade moves in your favor.
