Easy Strategy + Video Explanation

Hello Traders!

If you are learning about smart money concepts in trading, you might have often heard the word order blocks. Well, order blocks are essential components of any smart money trading concept.

In this email, I will describe what order blocks are and how you can incorporate them into your trading strategy to get more precise entries.

The Order Block Trading Strategy involves pinpointing and trading based on significant price levels on a chart. Traders utilizing this strategy seek out areas where substantial buying or selling activity previously occurred, which may serve as future support or resistance zones.

Bullish Order Block

Bearish Order Block

Order blocks can be identified on any timeframe, ranging from minutes to weeks, and can be applied to various markets, including stocks, futures, forex, and cryptocurrencies. This strategy can be enhanced by integrating other technical analysis techniques, such as trend lines, moving averages, and oscillators, to confirm trades or identify potential trade setups.

The general steps for using the order block trading method are as follows:

1. Identify a price chart that shows clear areas of buying or selling activity, typically seen as consecutive candles.

2. Locate the most significant areas of this activity, known as order blocks.

3. Assess whether the price is likely to respect or break through the order block by examining the price action around it.

4. If the price is likely to respect the block, consider entering a long or short trade near the block, placing a stop loss order just below or above the block, respectively.

Trade Examples
